1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing digital assets from DTG Global Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Digital products are sold as a single purchase with ongoing access to your downloads; certain Done-For-You, membership, and managed packages may carry an ongoing plan as described at checkout.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase a product from DTG Global Marketplace, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license:

• Allowed: Use the assets in personal, commercial, client, or internal business projects.
• Prohibited: Re-selling, re-licensing, sub-licensing, sharing download links publicly, or including raw source files in open torrent/warez repositories.

3. Access & Hosting

Purchased digital items remain accessible via your "My Downloads" account dashboard. We guarantee continuous access to your purchased files through our native hosted infrastructure. Certain Done-For-You, membership, and managed packages include an ongoing plan to host and manage your apps, websites, or funnels; the terms of that plan are described at checkout.
