EU Regulatory Compliance

Compliant by design,
transparent by default.

DTG Global Marketplace serves buyers worldwide — including the European Union. This page documents how we meet the EU's 2026 transparency, marketplace, and product-safety obligations.

AI-generated content disclosure

Our products and marketing materials are created or substantially produced using artificial intelligence tools. In line with the EU AI Act (Article 50), every product carries a visible "AI-Generated" badge and disclosure note so you always know what you're buying.

AI-Generated

Example disclosure shown on every product: This product, including its copy, visuals, and assets, was created or substantially produced using artificial intelligence tools.

What we comply with

Three EU frameworks, one standard

EU AI Act — Article 50 (Transparency)

Applicable from 2 August 2026

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act requires providers and deployers to clearly disclose when content has been generated or manipulated by artificial intelligence, and to inform users when they are interacting with an AI system.

  • Every product listing, marketing copy, and visual asset created or substantially produced with AI is labeled with an 'AI-Generated' badge or disclosure note.
  • Agent Daisy, our marketplace concierge, is an AI assistant — clearly identified with an 'AI' badge on first contact and within the chat header.
  • AI-generated product imagery and copy are marked so buyers can make informed purchasing decisions.
  • We do not deploy AI systems classified as high-risk or prohibited under the Act.

Digital Services Act (DSA)

In force — applies to online marketplaces serving EU users

The DSA sets transparency and accountability rules for online intermediaries and marketplaces, including trader identification and clear product information for EU consumers.

  • Trader identity disclosure: DTG Global Marketplace is operated by Des Grech, Brooklyn, NY 11228, reachable at support@dtgglobalmarketplace.com and 888-384-8939.
  • Product listings display accurate descriptions, pricing, and delivery terms before purchase.
  • We provide accessible contact channels and a clear reporting mechanism for unsafe or non-compliant content.
  • Terms of service, refund policy, and privacy policy are publicly linked in the site footer.

General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

Applies to consumer products sold to EU buyers

The GPSR requires that all consumer products placed on the EU market are safe, with clear product information, traceability, and an accountable economic operator for EU consumers.

  • Our digital products (software, templates, e-books, videos, AI bots) are intangible digital goods delivered via instant download.
  • Each product page lists formats, intended use, and any system requirements so buyers can assess suitability before purchase.
  • A responsible economic operator and contact point is published for safety or compliance inquiries.
  • Any report of a product causing harm or malfunction can be submitted to support@dtgglobalmarketplace.com for prompt review.
